MindtheProduct 2012 is the first conference of its kind - bringing together product management leaders from around the world to explore the intersection of design, technology and business - the business of building great products.

CHANGES AND TRANSFERS
Changes and transfers of tickets are NOT allowed at any time. You will be asked for photo ID at check-in so please make sure your name is correct.
REFUNDS
If you cannot attend for any reason, we will give you a full refund (less PayPal's processing fees) until midnight Friday, September 1st, 2012. Partial refunds are not possible so if you need to refund part of a multi-ticket order we need to refund the whole order and you will need to repurchase the other tickets.
